Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Love Addix. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.   
You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.   
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at chuck@loveaddix.com or to request a return authorization (RA) number. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).   

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14-30 business days.   

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [Your Email Address].   

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chuck@loveaddix.com and send your item to:   

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.   

7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
