Order processing typically takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.   
"Processing" includes verifying your order, preparing your items for shipment, and packaging them.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and your shipping address.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time on orders over a certain amount or during specific promotional periods. These offers will be clearly stated on our website.

We currently ship to USA, Domestic Only

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.   

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change if the order has already been processed.   

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.   
For damaged packages, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage as evidence.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
